October 3rd was officially one year, but it felt fitting to celebrate this week, as it has been one year since I flew to Los Angeles to meet all of my co-workers and the labels/artists I would be working with. That trip changed my life and being a part of this team continues to change my life every day. This episode is a love letter to my team at UMG and a celebration of everything we've accomplished together in the past year.
